2. You agree that your submissions are your own work.

You agree not to submit comments or other content that have been generated, materially altered or manipulated by artificial intelligence or editing software, except where such use is expressly permitted by SurgeZirc Media.

3. You agree to take responsibility for your submissions.

If you discover that a comment or other contribution you have posted violates these guidelines or is otherwise inappropriate, you agree to promptly remove it where the applicable SurgeZirc Media platform allows you to do so.

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless SurgeZirc Media, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, managers, employees, shareholders, agents and licensors from and against losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from any third-party claim relating to content you have submitted.

4. We are not responsible for user-submitted content.

SurgeZirc Media is not responsible for comments or other content submitted by users. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor submissions and to review, reject, edit or remove any comment or contribution that we consider inappropriate or inconsistent with these guidelines or our policies.

We may remove content at any time, with or without notice, and may suspend or permanently withdraw a user’s ability to participate in discussions on our platforms where appropriate.

5. You must meet the minimum age requirement.

You confirm that you are at least 13 years old.

Anyone under the age of 13 must not submit comments or other content to us. Users who are at least 13 but under 18 may participate only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
